Our policy...


Orders are shipped USPS first class/priority mail/parcel select, Monday through Friday within 48 hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you shall receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder as it may have been sent there by mistake. Orders usually arrive within 2 to 7 business days. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, USPS is experiencing delays in delivery times. International orders can take 7-21 business days. We will only ship to the shipping address provided; therefore, you must make sure the information provided is accurate and COMPLETELY filled out. We are not responsible for lost packages. By placing an order, you assume responsibility that you have read all the information we have provided to you. 

On rare occasions, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close or freeze an account – e.g. if we notice something unusual on an order or an account. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with us and so we can speak on the matter. We do this for customer and company safety.


Due to the nature of our products and sanitary concerns, refunds/returns/exchanges are not accepted. Each product is carefully inspected prior to shipping. If there are any questions about the color or anything else regarding the product, please ask before purchasing. You can do so through our Contact Us page.We will not accept returns/refunds/exchanges under ANY circumstances. It is our legal obligation to fulfill orders and facilitate exchanges exactly as our policies indicate. Therefore, we will not entertain any disputes. By placing an order, you are agreeing to the terms of this return policy.
